Richard`s Apartments are in a quiet, a peaceful residential area of the Bogazkent also known as Bogazak town (next to Belek) just 5 minutes` walk from the beach and has still yet to established itself. With a flying time of only 4h15m from London to Antalya. This holiday opportunity is an ideal whether you are travelling as a couple, a family or as group of friends.

The apartments are all individually well furnished in a traditional Turkish style, the location has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

All two-bedroom apartments have a balcony, television, along with a fully equipped lounge/kitchenette including a fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, a four gas rings for cooking and an air-conditioner and fans(each bedroom).
There are three way to heat the hot water. Two of which are solar there are the tanks on the roof and also solar panels. In the unlikely event you have no sun shine, there is always electric heating for the shower.
All apartments will sleep 4+2=6 people.
A high chair and baby cot are available on request.

*A deposit 200 pound is made returnable on departure depending on no damage and everyting in place.

All your requirement can be obtained in the local shops, a short distance away (Chemist, Butcher, Mini supermarket etc. as shown (Grand Bazaar) on the map.

Meals can be self catering or you can have very economical meal in a local restaurant or if you wish to go up market you can dine in one of the local hotels.


If you have insurance(which is strongly recommended) , a first class hospital (Aspendos )is 15 minutes away by road .A Government run hospital is 10 minutes away by road. A small charge is made to see a Doctor.

Car hire can be arranged on request.

Should you wish evening entertainments, you can go to one of the local hotels (an entry charge is made).

Belek area has become renowned for golf of international standards. There are 12 golf courses only 15 minutes away from the accommodation

1.Before you book a flight check the accommodation is available.
2.Any change to the arrangement please let us know .We can hold the room for 7 days while you check your travelling arrangements.
3.If you arrive at  Antalya International Airport ,you will be met. The cost of taxi between airport and Bogazkent is 100 euro (return).This price is for a maximum of 4 people.
4.Payment for the accommodation is made on arrival at the office as indicated on the map.
5.Please leave the apartment as you find it.
